I am a HCPC registered Dietitian with over 17 years professional experience working in the NHS. I have 15 years experience working in my area of specialism the dietary management of digestive health conditions Inflammatory Bowel Disease (Crohn’s Disease, Ulcerative Colitis), Irritable Bowel Syndrome and Coeliac Disease.
I have completed specialist training at King’s College London on delivering the low FODMAP diet which is an evidence based treatment for functional gut disorders. I set up a new service for delivering the low FODMAP diet in a large teaching hospital in Liverpool.
I provide individually tailored dietetic advice in a friendly and empathetic manner. This is based on the most up to date evidence-based research for the specific clinical condition with the overall goal to improve your gut health.
